Enrollment documents

To enroll in studies at WSZiB in Poznań, you need to deliver by post or in person the following documents:

The original or a copy of the secondary school-leaving examination certificate issued by your school in Polish (candidates for undergraduate studies).

The original or a copy of the undergraduate (BA) diploma issued by your University in Polish (candidates for graduate(MA) and postgraduate studies)

Your 2 current photos as required for issuing citizen ID cards

Confirmation of payment of the enrollment fee

ID card or passport to be presented at the Admissions Office in order to confirm the candidate's data when submitting documents, and in case of sending documents by post - during the first visit at WSZiB

Enrollment form, Consent to the processing of personal data, Academic Oath, 2 copies of the Contract (to be downloaded from below and signed) adequate to the degree program and part-time or part-time online mode of studies)
